You can't get any closer to all of the fun happening downtown!Guest Access & Amenities: Guests only have access to ONE free parking space in front of our building, so we suggest carpooling. If there is more than one vehicle, they must be parked in paid parking spots along Lafayette or any other paid lot. Cars parked in other unit spots or in the grass/gravel spots will be towed at the driver's expense. Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Our spacious living room features high ceilings, a cozy sofa with a comfortable queen sleeper within it (linens provided), and a 65-inch Smart TV for all of your streaming needs. Right off the living room is our fully stocked kitchen + dining space. Though you'll have Fayetteville's best restaurants at your fingertips, our kitchen offers plenty of space to prepare homecooked meals too! Our second private bedroom is located downstairs, complete with a cozy Queen-size bed, a 55-inch Smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub + shower. Home to the University of Arkansas, amazing local restaurants and shops, and popular bike trails, Fayetteville does not disappoint. Whether you're coming up here to visit the University or get a taste of our favorite local eats, there's something for everyone in your crew. Once you arrive at the property, pick up your parking pass first and place it in your car window. The towing company is very strict and will tow any car without a parking pass. Do this before unloading your belongings - never leave your car unattended without a parking pass. House Rules that are strictly enforced: - Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. - No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. - This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. - Place parking passes back in the property at checkout to avoid replacement fee of $50. - Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early checkin, and late checkout fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies. - There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, WiFi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
