No smoking. Only one resident per room. Pet Policy: We only allow animals that can get along well with the service dog who already resides in the home. The service dog is still in training and has not been around many cats yet, so some extra training may be required if you have a cat. We love cats, though, and would welcome a mouser here in farm country. Only a single animal is allowed per room. We may consider rodents, snakes, spiders, bugs, or fish on the condition that their enclosures are cleaned weekly, are undamaged, and properly sealed to prevent the pet from escaping. They cannot be invasive species or considered pest species and you must have a license for any exotics. Only a single enclosure, maximum of 18 cubic feet, is allowed per each room and this counts as the single animal allowance. We do not allow indoor birds. However there's a lot of space here and you're welcome to build an outdoor aviary as long as you're able to tear it down easily and take it with you when you move. We have a coop available for an additional $25 monthly. We allow dogs up to 55lbs. Our property is only fenced on 3 sides so any pets going outdoors must have good recall, or be on leash when outside. We have plenty of space for pet runs, but we cannot provide the fencing for it so you would need to have your own already. We can accommodate indoor kennels up to 2.5x4 feet. Dogs are not allowed to be kept outside overnight and should not be kenneled for more than 6 hours at a time. We have a good relationship with the best service dog trainer in the state and would be happy to help facilitate travel if you need boarding. Please do not leave your dog alone with us if you plan to travel. Service Animals and ESA's welcome. If selected we will require a meet and greet for any animals prior to approval to ensure the safety of the service dog and handler who already reside in the home.
