No smoking. Pet Policy: We only allow animals that can get along well with the service dog who already resides in the home. The service dog is still in training and has not been around many cats yet, so some extra training may be required for the SD to be accustomed to a cat. Cats who hold their ground will likely do better in this home. We may consider rodents, snakes, or fish on the condition that their enclosures are cleaned weekly and are undamaged and properly sealed to prevent the pet from escaping. Only a single enclosure allowed per each room. Pet deposit waived for Service Animals and ESAs. For safety of the disabled resident your service animal or ESA must also get along well with the service dog who already resides in the home. If selected we will require a meet and greet for any animals prior to approval.

Single room, shared bath for rent on an old homestead in the country. We're a married couple looking for a quiet roommate.… 1 pet allowed per room, any animals must get along well with the service dog that already resides in the home. We are a 10 minute drive from Gunnison and 1 hour from Payson. Satellite internet included. Utilities are an additional $58 per month. Includes some storage space in the garage. Uncovered parking. Garden space available if you want it. Laundry is done at the laundromat in Gunnison on Fridays.
Chicken coop is available for an additional $25 per month if you want to use it.
