Lease terms

No smoking. Month to month. Only one roommate per room. Only one pet per room. Pet Policy: We only allow animals that can get along well with the service dog who already resides in the home. We love cats and would welcome a mouser here in farm country. Only a single animal is allowed per room. No birds, but other pets or exotics welcome. Dogs up to 60lbs. The property is only fenced on 3 sides. Pets must have good recall, or be on leash when outside per the local laws. Animals must be registered with the city after moving in. Dogs are not allowed to be kept outside overnight and should not be kenneled for more than 6 hours at a time (barring bedtime). Do not leave your pet alone with us if you plan to travel. Service Animals and ESA's welcome. If selected we will require a meet and greet for any animals prior to approval to ensure the safety of the service dog and handler who already reside in the home.

Private room, shared bath for 1 roommate on an old homestead in the country. We're a married couple looking for a quiet roommate.… 1 pet allowed, must get along well with the service dog that already resides in the home. We are a 10 minute drive from Gunnison and 1 hour from Payson. $500 monthly. Utilities and satellite internet included. Includes some storage space in the garage. Uncovered parking. Laundry is done at the laundromat in Gunnison on Fridays, but we expect to be getting a washer and dryer soon. Non-smoking. $500 deposit ($200 non-refundable).
