We have 18 acres and live across the driveway on a beautifully landscaped property about 2 miles from Hampden Sydney and 6 miles from the stoplight by Lowe's in Farmville. Located less than 1 hour from Fort Barfoot (Pickett) with no traffic. Also 1 hour to Richmond and 45 minutes to Lynchburg. This is an upstairs apartment. Additional $100 cleaning fee.
