HOA Rules Tenant is required to comply with all Steppes of Barcroft HOA rules and regulations. Fines resulting from tenant violations are the tenant's responsibility. Maintenance Tenant responsible for minor maintenance (light bulbs, batteries, drain cleaning). Landlord responsible for major systems (HVAC, plumbing, appliances). All repair requests must be submitted in writing. Do not attempt repairs without landlord approval. Move-Out 60-day written notice required before vacating. Unit must be returned in same condition as move-in (normal wear and tear excepted). Professional carpet/floor cleaning may be required upon move-out.
