Tenant will have access to the third floor laundry area, bedroom, shared batheoom, kitchen, and both the first and second levels of the home. The available bedroom is on the third floor, spacious, includes a closet, and a twin bed is already provided. This is an LGBTQ friendly household, so applicants must be respectful, inclusive, and comfortable living in a diverse environment. The home is not suitable for individuals who use illegal drugs, host frequent parties, or bring additional pets (one pet already lives here). Month to month lease. First month's rent and a security deposit are required. Utilities (electric and water) are split 50/50 and are due on the 1st of each month in addition to rent.
