Owner pays for trash, water and basic internet, tenant pays for electric internet. Owner does landscaping/yard work in the front. Parking in the driveway for up to 2 cars, room for additional 1-2 vehicles on the street. No more than 3 vehicles full time. Pets require $200 non-refundable cleaning fee each. Limit 2 pets of average size. No sub-letting or renting rooms individually. Preferred applicants have good credit, good references from a landlord, 2.5x rent to income and clean background report.
