You will also have your very own large room in the basement for storage and washer/dryer hook up. Each unit also has a back door. Plenty of off-street parking, professional 24-hour emergency maintenance team, and well kept lawn areas are included. Tenant pays gas, electric, and metered water in addition to monthly rent. To qualify: - $50 application fee per person (non-refundable). - Valid state issued I.D. - Proof of income. Must provide proof of a gross monthly income of at least $2,925 (verified with 2 months of current pay stubs and may combine with all lease holders). - Some pets accepted for fees w/ breed/weight restrictions for dogs. Severe credit, previous evictions, monies owed to other communities, felonies and/or violent crimes would not qualify.
