Dresser and wardrobes, closet provided. I can accommodate a trailer or a 4-wheeler outside, ample parking space. Storage space available for smaller item. Garage space also available at $100 extra per month. The details as to what I'm looking for: This is an owner-occupied duplex; I live next door. I'm looking for somebody who is gone during the day and has minimal company. If you're with your boyfriend or girlfriend most of the time or are a social butterfly, this would probably not be a good fit. Almost everyone who's lived here falls into the reclusive, "keeps to themselves" personality types, or just simply works a lot of hours or travels. I'd rather leave the place vacant than have somebody who is noisy or disrespectful. This is for single occupancy only, for the reasons mentioned above. If the ad is up the unit is still available or I will mark it "pending". Tenant pays for heat and electricity and hauls their own garbage. I pay for water. There is an outside plug-in for autos.
