Each apartment features a wall of double-pane windows that significantly reduce outside noise and allows for natural light to shine through. Two blocks away, you can immerse yourself in the vibrant culture of Washington, D.C. with landmarks like the Kennedy Center, the iconic Watergate complex, Georgetown, Georgetown's Waterfront, and an array of shopping options, including Trader Joe's and Whole Foods, diverse dining experiences, numerous parks and dog parks, historical monuments and easy access to public transportation. Our team is dedicated and committed to attending to your apartment needs with care and attention. Recognized as one of the cleanest apartment buildings in D.C., Excelsior Apartments is the perfect home for medical students, resident doctors, professionals from the State Department, World Bank, DOW, DOJ... Utilities are included for the unfurnished apartments, while our two furnished options offer all utilities plus Wi-Fi. We are dog-friendly (50 lbs and under) for unfurnished apartments ONLY, subject to approval. Dogs are NOT permitted for the short-term furnished rentals.
