Each residence comes with a covered carport and a private storage locker. Many residences have a private patio or balcony from which you can view the entire San Diego Bay!
Our community is centrally located near the corner of Nimitz and Rosecrans and is just minutes from downtown San Diego, the San Diego International Airport, Liberty Station, and our fantastic beaches. Also in close proximity are Pt. Loma Nazarene College, the Naval Base Pt. Loma, Harbor and Shelter Islands, Ocean Beach, and the San Diego Sports Arena.
