Beautifully decorated and furnished, originally for Airbnb. Perfect for grad student, or other serious college student, traveling nurse, business professional or other quiet renter. There is 1 off street parking space and on-site free laundry.
The apartment is part of our home it is upstairs and has its own outside and inside entrance. We are an older couple, easy going, mostly quiet, and laid back, 420 friendly. Nice safe neighborhood in Santa Clara area, 12 minutes to U Of O, 8 miles to Riverbend Hospital, 10 minutes to Coburg road, 15 minutes to downtown.
No pets, no cigarette smoking.
