Upstairs Rental Qualifications Thank you for your interest in renting my upstairs unit. To be considered, applicants must meet the following qualifications: Applicant Requirements * Must be 30 years of age or older. * Must have been employed with your current employer for at least two (2) years. * Must provide proof of income (such as recent pay stubs or employment verification). * Must provide your own current background check with your application. * Must provide two (2) references. * Must provide proof of prior occupancy (rental history) for the past three (3) years. * Must pass a credit check (credit check required; may be negotiable on a case-by-case basis). * Must have no evictions within the past five (5) years (may be negotiable on a case-by-case basis). House Rules * No smoking inside the home. * No pets. * No roommates or additional occupants unless they are approved and listed on the lease. * Tenant is responsible for paying their own electric (light) bill. * Tenant is expected to assist with yard work and basic outdoor maintenance during the spring, summer, and fall seasons. Amenities * Limited storage space may be available. * Use of the washer and dryer may be negotiable and will be discussed prior to signing the lease. Move-In Requirements * First month's rent * Security deposit All applicants are subject to approval. Any false or misleading information provided during the application process may result in denial.
