We are looking for people who are interested in a 1-6 month lease with the possibility of extending longer. The rest of the house, (6 bedrooms) are excluded from the rental but the 2 acre yard, living rooms and kitchen are shared spaces which tenants are invited to enjoy. Rates range from $1500-$1700/month depending on the room No pets, No smoking. Good Credit Perfect for people who are coming to the Denver area short term and need a furnished room or need a place short term without the hassle of committing to a long term lease. Better than an Airbnb because there are no service charges. Move in date flexible. Each room can accommodate 1-2 people.
