Parking: Up to 5 cars allowed in the driveway; overflow parking is available for guests. Property Access: Homeowners may need occasional, non-disruptive access to the garage, which is locked for storage of personal belongings. House Rules and Property Policies Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM; please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Visitors: All visitors not listed on the lease must be pre-approved.
