Emerald Place Apartments is a 45-unit, 3-story complex located in the Broadview/Bitterlake area of North Seattle.… It is located within 2 blocks of Seattle's top-notch Broadview Thompson K-8, the Bitterlake Community Center and park, and the Seattle Public Library's Broadview branch. It is on the #5 busline. You are 10-minutes away from Shoreline Community College, North Seattle College, Northwest Hospital and the new light rail stations being built at I-5 and N. 145th St. We currently offer three units for a July 1st move-in! Two of these apartments are 680 sq. ft. one-bedrooms located on the first-floor of the building and rent for $1550/month plus utilities. A third apartment is also 680 sq. ft, but also offers a small extra "bonus room" or den, and rents for $1750/month plus utilities. Kitchens are equipped with frost-free refrigerator/freezers, over-the range exhaust hoods, self-cleaning ovens, and a dishwasher. All electric appliances and heat. Every unit has its own generous-sized hot water heater. There is a laundry room on each of the 3 floors. One main elevator within the building. Some limited off-street parking may be available for a monthly fee. Well-behaved pets under 35 lbs are welcome with proof of vaccinations and monthly flea/tick preventative treatment. We are looking for responsible and considerate new residents who value and uphold community bylaws such as "quiet hours" and the city of Seattle guidelines on recycling and waste disposal. An ideal resident will have a verifiable FICO credit score of 670 or greater and a verifiable 3:1 income to rent ratio. No recent history of eviction.
