Lease terms
Property is fully furnished, and this is non-negotiable. If you would like your own furnishings, you must rent a storage unit at my choosing and move all of the furniture there, plus a $500 non-refundable fee. So basically, this is a furnished house. I can consider a dog, if the dog is small and does not disturb the neighbors. Lease is from October until January 15th. Then a new lease can begin from February 13th on. I am mainly looking for a full time tenant from February 13th on, but I am willing to have a temporary person stay this fall until Jan 15th. Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home. No drug use inside the home. No parties of any sort. Tenant is responsible for watering the lawn and basic maintenance, with rent discounts if the yard sees improvements.

Beautiful and quaint home with nice views! Simple home, with ceiling fans and central heat. Includes and washer/dryer combo and a dishwasher.… Property has a fenced in back yard. This home comes fully furnished. Wifi included, but there is no TV. Nice spacious kitchen. Great place to hang a hat for few months this fall!
