Please avoid overnight street parking whenever possible. Utilities Landlord covers all utilities, except electricity over $170/month. (Note: historical average usage is ~$90/month, so overages are rare with standard use.) Trash & Cleanliness Weekly curbside trash pickup is included. Limit of three (3) 13/15-gallon bags per week Trash must be bagged and placed inside the outdoor bin Please help keep the garage and property clean to avoid attracting pests. Notify landlord immediately of any vermin or maintenance concerns. Cleaning Fee A non-refundable $250 cleaning fee is required at the start of your stay. The property should be left in good condition at move-out, excluding normal wear and tear.
