Lease terms

One year or 12 month minimum lease term is required. $500.00 dollar non refundable pet deposit at move in is required. Lease agreement is set to Auto renew yearly. Must provide 90 day notice if renters decide to vacate property. Autopay is required for rent due monthly. 90 day notice required to vacate property to allow owner to clean and market property to new potential renters. Must provide access to property for viewing of said property if lease term is not renewed. 90 day notice must be submitted and recieved according to the terms. Must provide access to property for cleaning services at landlords discretion. No smoking is allowed Parking is allowed only in designated parking areas. Tenants are responsible for yard maintenance, trash collection , weed eating and upkeep of entire property etc. Tenants responsible for cleaning and upkeep of inside and outside of the home. Report any issues with the property immediately to prevent further damage to property if an issue arises. Any damages caused by pets on premises inside or outside the home are the tenants responsibility. If not reported and repaired by a licensed contractor. Landlord reserves the right to add repair costs and damages to the tenants rent the next billing month.
