Elevation at the U provides an affordable living experience close to campus, shopping, restaurants, fraternities and sororities, public transportation, entertainment, and more. Our spacious studios with private entrances come furnished with a full-sized bed, desk, chair and nightstand. You can also enjoy the use of the adjacent quad fully equipped kitchen at your convenience, with storage lockers. Take a break and enjoy the community study lounge/clubhouse with a newly furnished outdoor courtyard surrounded by beautiful and mature trees. We also offer ample parking at no additional charge. $50 Utilities per occupant per month. Utilities include: Trash, sewer, water, gas/electric & WiFi. Ask us about our newly renovated units!
