It is about a 4 minute Uber/Lyft drive from the house to the El Cerrito Plaza (Trader Joe's, Lucky's, Starbucks, Peet's) and El Cerrito BART station. BART ride to San Francisco takes just 30 minutes. BART ride to downtown Berkeley/UC campus stop takes 8 minutes (just 2 stops). Access to I80 and 580 freeways is just down the hill. We are close to great hiking trails in Wildcat Canyon/Tilden Park but also just a mile and a half from Solano Avenue and all of its shops and restaurants. Right up the hill from the very popular Fat Apples restaurant. One-year lease, then month to month.
