Lease terms

We live in the Homestead neighborhood in Edwards. The space we have for rent is in our single family home and is a lockoff with its own entrance. We have 1 parking spot in our driveway and this unit is only for 1 person (unless you're a weekend warrior). We turned the 2 bedrooms downstairs into a 1 bedroom, living room (see pics) and bathroom. The kitchen has a full frig/freezer, microwave, toaster oven and hot plate. We used to have a full oven but none of our tenants used it so we got rid of it. If desired, we could get another one in there. Laundry: there is no laundry in the unit and in the past our tenants have either done it in our house (you'll pick the day that works best for you and ...welcome to the family) or they have done it in Edwards (there's a great little laundromat): either is fine. The Homestead Court Club (about $80/ mo.) is down the road if you want access to a gym, pool, etc.
