Edmonds Park is a four story, 53 unit, multifamily complex that was built in 1968. The building is a mixture of one-bedroom and two-bedroom units with the majority of apartments having spacious decks. The property has a large parking lot which allows residents worry free parking with a portion of those spots being covered as well. South end of the building overlooks a creek that adds a peaceful view.
