Tenant will pay its own utilities after billing back by Landlord. 5. Tenant will have full use of the driveway and garage. Certain areas will be locked off for owner's property. No vehicles may be parked on the lawn. The house is within an HOA neighborhood, and there are strict rules regulating excessive noise. 6. Landlord will make and repairs to the house that become necessary, but it will be Tenant's responsibility to alert Landlord to the need for such repairs.
