Prior to requesting showing of the listed property, prospective tenants will be required to fill out and complete Zillow's rental application that asks for applicant information about rental history, employment history, credit history (such as credit score, rent-to-debt ratio, rent-to-income ratio, driver's license, etc.) , and other pertinent background information/check. If the applicant(s) meet all the criteria for the lease term, a showing will be scheduled as requested. TERMS: Minimum one-year lease term. $35 non-refundable application/administrative fee due with rental application submission on Zillow, as well as additional pertinent information in the application form provided by the landlord. Security deposit of $1500.00, first month's rent of $1500.00 and last month's rent of $ 1500.00 and $400.00 (non-refundable) cleaning fee are due at time of signing the lease. Income- to-debt ratio should not exceed 28 percent. Income-to-rent ratio should not exceed 30 percent.
