No loud music, yelling, parties, or disruptive behavior. 2. Guests No overnight guests. Day guests only with written approval. Guests cannot use shared housing as their residence. 3. Cleanliness Residents must keep bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, hallways, and common areas clean. No dishes left in sink. No trash left inside/outside. 4. Kitchen Rules Label food. Clean after cooking. No personal hot plates, deep fryers, or large appliances in bedrooms. 5. Bathroom Rules Clean after use. Remove personal items. Do not clog toilets/tubs with wipes, grease, hair, or trash. 6. Safety & Security Do not share door codes or keys. Keep exterior doors locked. No tampering with cameras, locks, smoke detectors, or Wi-Fi. 7. No Smoking / Drugs / Weapons No smoking indoors. No illegal drugs. No firearms or weapons in common areas. 8. Respectful Conduct No threats, harassment, fighting, yelling, intimidation, or disrespect toward residents, staff, or management. 9. Maintenance Reporting Report leaks, plumbing issues, pests, broken locks, electrical issues, or damage immediately. 10. Parking / Property Exterior Park only in approved areas. No non operating vehicles, trash, tires, or personal storage outside. 11. Violations Violations may result in warning, fines if allowed by lease, non-renewal, termination, or eviction filing.
