Lease terms

1. **Utilities - Shared utilities with a base charge of $150 per month. Any overage will be split, with each party covering one-third of the excess cost. 2. **Pets and Cleanliness - No pets allowed. Tenants are expected to maintain cleanliness in all shared common areas and of their room. 3. **Roommates and Social Activities - No additional roommates or parties permitted. Noise complaints may lead to lease termination. 4. **Food and Cooking - Cooking must be done safely. Store food in your designated cabinet space. No food sharing. 5. **Smoking and Drugs - No smoking or drugs allowed on the premises.
