Lease term is a year and may be renewable if agreed upon by renter and owner. First month rent and security due before move in. renter is responsible for all 12 months rent even if renter leaves the property prior to end of lease. Commitment to the property lease terms and taking good care of the property is expected in order for security to be returned.
