1 to 12 months Up to 2 Dogs welcome. No more than 2 animals each weighing 100 pounds or less full grown are allowed per apartment. Animals must be no less than six (6) months of age. Aggressive breeds will not be allowed. A $500 non-refundable animal fee and prior approval from management will be required. Monthly Pet Rent is $40. Aquariums will be allowed with a 20-gallon maximum the first floor only with proof of insurance for the entire term of the lease. For more information, please call our leasing office.
