Starting with Summer rental but hoping it will lead to a long term rental. Fully Furnished Home Queen bed master bath, queen bed across hall with mounted flat screen, large twin room with additional comfy trundle and a mounted flat screen, full bed with twin trundle bed room in basement (an au pair set up) Basement living room with couch, TV, full bathroom and office Garage with laundry 2 miles of nature trails behind home. Sunporch, gas grille, enclosed trampoline, hammock lounge chairs, fire pit, lacrosse bounce back and goal to shoot on (can remove), large gravel driveway. Two living rooms (one upstairs and one in basement), Dining room seats 6 , kitchen with island bar seating for 4. Central AC and electric heat to be paid by renter approx $220 a month. Cleaner available for $150 every three weeks. Snow and lawn renter's responsibility. I have a plow guy we can keep on at $75 a storm approx. Ride on mower in garage. Looking for security deposit and last month's rent to book.
