Pets must be approved in advance. If approved, pet rent is $300 per month, per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets. Cats are considered upon request. Pets must be 20 lbs or less, vaccinated, flea and tick treated, friendly, and approved before move-in. Exceptions must be discussed and approved by the landlord. Complimentary parking is included for up to 3 vehicles in the gravel driveway. Tenants are responsible for keeping the home clean, following house rules, and promptly reporting maintenance needs.
