Should the utilities go over, the renter is responsible monthly for the overage. This helps renters to be mindful and not leave power on when the unit is not occupied. Apologies, No pets. Maximum 4 tenants. Because of the irrigation water on the property children under the age of 12 years of age are discouraged. Water on the property is subject to local access to water. Drought years may mean pond is not full. One month minimum rental.
