Townhouse Lease Terms & Description This townhouse is available for a 12-month lease term. The lease may be renewed annually upon mutual agreement between the landlord and tenant. Utilities The tenant is responsible for all utility payments during the lease term, including but not limited to: Electricity Water and sewer Gas Internet, cable, and any other optional services Security Deposit & Move-In Requirements A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required at the time of lease signing, along with the first month's rent. Both payments must be received before occupancy begins. Property Condition & Damages The tenant is responsible for maintaining the property in good condition throughout the lease term. Upon move-out, the property must be returned in substantially the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear. Any costs associated with damages beyond normal wear and tear, excessive cleaning, missing items, unpaid utility balances, or other lease violations may be deducted from the security deposit. If repair costs exceed the security deposit amount, the tenant may be responsible for the remaining balance. Lease Renewal The lease may be renewed annually, subject to landlord approval and any updated lease terms or rental rates.
