About Drexel Apartments
Income based property. Rental assistance provided to qualified households through the USDA Rural Development. Located right in the middle of the quiet community of Drexel. Income limits are based on household size. Close to Morganton and Valdese shopping. Town house style two bedroom units, and one bedroom units are a single floor. We also have an on site Property Manager, and a 24/7 on site maintenance. Each unit has a patio area in the back of their unit, as well as an outdoor storage closet. Mail is not directly delivered to this site so you will be required to set up your own P.O Box at the local Drexel post office to receive your mail.
