3rd ROOMMATE WANTED! Recently renovated 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home about 1.2 miles from all that downtown Dover has to offer. House is fully furnished except for bedrooms. There are two separate furnished living rooms for easy entertaining and being able to have your own space, large back yard with a fire pit, farmers porch. Washer and dryer in unit. The house is FULLY FURNISHED and equipped except for the available bedroom. Parking for one car. Utilities not included and are approximately $200/monthly per person. Application, credit and background check required. No animals allowed. One roommate is late 20's UNH grad working in construction. Pretty easy-going, plays on a soccer team and likes to go out on the weekends. Happy to make friends as well as respect personal space around the house. The other roommate is 30 years old, works in downtown Dover Monday-Friday at a law firm. Considers themselves an active person, goes to the gym a decent amount of time during the week and likes to spend time outside when the weather permits. Keeps to themselves most weekdays, enjoys reading in their room or making dinner for themselves after work. Her and her boyfriend are usually around on the weekends. Would prefer a roommate who is friendly and social, but also understands that keeping to themselves is fine too!
