We offer off-street parking for lease when available and include with all units two dedicated storage cabinets. East facing units offer a sweeping view over Lake Union and of our neighbor to the East, Capitol Hill. Upper floor East facing units offer attached decks as well.
Public transport is easily available as well as quick access to I-5 and Hwy 99 with none of the associated traffic noise.
