You remove the sofa bottom and back cushions and open the bed over the coffee table when the coffee table top is not raised. Newer remodeled bathroom. You can walk to a couple restaurants, bowling, Dillon amphitheatre for concerts, recreation/bike path and Marina in under 10 minutes. It's in the heart of the town of Dillon. One-mile from I-70. It's convenient to 5 ski areas- about 7 minutes to Keystone, 15 min to Copper, 20 minutes to ABasin and Loveland and 25 minutes to Breckenridge. Walk to Free Summit Stage bus in about 3 minutes. The last 3 pictures show clubhouse just one flight down, which has pool and ping pong tables, dining area and phone payment-operated washers and dryers (not shown). You'd have to be a non-smoker (or non vaporizer of anything- NOT 420 FRIENDLY) and bring NO PETS (HOA Rules). Quiet person only as owner lives next door. Not suitable for loud TV, parties or music. You should have verifiable income 2 OR more times monthly rent, depending on debt. Application and references required.
