This is a private room in a shared house. The room is on the basement level which is also a walk out(second entrance).… The basement includes a kitchenette, living room, workout room, and bathroom - bathroom is semi private. The upper level has a larger living room, dining room, full kitchen, sunroom, and large deck. The property backs to open space with a creek in the backyard. The room comes with a spot in the garage. Its a must see property, the value cant be beat. Deposit equal to rent due at signing. 1st month's rent due prior to move in. No dogs, (1) cat would be considered (currently another cat is in the home as well). Utilities not included but average ~$100/mo, less in summer.

Housemate details

The 3 other ladies all work in the service industry with varying schedules. The ideal fit would be someone considerate, clean, active, and chill. We aren't party people(occasional parties with house consent) and do not encourage hook up culture.
