I'm looking for two, possibly three, people to share my home. It's a lovely, newly-renovated historic house with a shared living room, sunroom, dining room and kitchen. The bathroom is shared, there is also a shared powder room on the second floor and a washer and dryer in the basement.
The house is located half-way between Woodward Avenue and The Lodge (M-10). It's about 5 minutes from both New Center and Midtown and less than 10 minutes from downtown via car. My neighbors are wonderful as is the larger Boston Edison community nearby.

I, the 41-year-old homeowner, love theater, books, travel and whimsy. Would love to find others of similar age/interest/lifestyle (no smoking/vaping, drugs or excessive drinking).
