12-Month Furnished Home for Rent Available August 7 We are looking for responsible tenants to rent our furnished home for a 12-month lease beginning August 7 (or another mutually agreed-upon date). Lease Highlights: * Rent: $1,200/month * 12-month lease * Rent due on the 1st of each month * Tenants are responsible for all utilities * Owners provide and pay for lawn maintenance * Furnished home (furniture may be rearranged but must remain in the home and be returned in good condition, normal wear and tear excepted) * Tenants are responsible for routine upkeep, including replacing HVAC air filters and PUR faucet filters (if used) * Owners are responsible for major home repairs; tenants must promptly report maintenance issues * Renters insurance is required * No smoking or vaping inside the home * No illegal drugs or unlawful activity on the property * No parties or gatherings larger than eight (8) people without prior approval * No subleasing or unauthorized occupants * Approved animals only * Property must be kept clean and sanitary, including prompt removal of animal waste inside and outside the home * Pictures and decor may be hung; any holes larger than a quarter must be properly repaired before move-out * Professional cleaning (and carpet cleaning if applicable) required at move-out * Eufy doorbell camera access provided to tenants for security * Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors must remain operational * Early lease termination will require written notice a month in advance and is subject to the terms of the lease agreement. We are looking for tenants who will treat our home with the same care and respect they would their own.
