Denver Metro Village is west of downtown Denver in the delightful neighborhood called Sloans Lake. Our mission is to provide an affordable, comfortable, and healthy atmosphere for seniors (62 and older), and we pour our hearts into it every day. And yes there really is a lake nearby (the largest in Denver) with a park and a lovely walking path. In fact, within three blocks of our front door, you can reach Sloans Lake, a new library, the light rail, and RTD buses. Applicant has the right to provide Denver Metro Village with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides Denver Metro Village Name with a PTSR, Denver Metro Village is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for Denver Metro Village to access or use the PTSR.
