There's two full bathrooms, a full washer/dryer room, and more! The space The Oak Park Condominiums are a gated community with a pool, playground, picnic areas w/ grills, volleyball court/area and guest parking - check out the attached video tour of the community. Oak Park Condominiums are 1 block or less from a public park, shopping, dining, entertainment, public transit and more! Just 20 minutes to Downtown Denver and 15 minutes to the Anschutz Medical Campus. Guest access The full condo is available to guest as well as 2 reserved parking spaces. There's a keypad on the door for entry and also a lock-box in case the guest gets locked out. The barbecue grills, pool, playground, parks, etc. are all available to our guest but of course shared spaces. Other things to note Aside from being a gated community, we've also added wrought iron screens and a wrought-iron front door for additional safety and security. For anyone with young children or infants, we can offer supplies as needed but they won't be stored at the property.
