One mile drive to highway ramp to get to Highway I 70 and 225 South. Planet fitness is one .6 mile away on Chambers Road. Two miles away in Green Valley ranch are grocery stores. In the summer, Avion's community building, called The Hub , has open the large pool, jacuzzi, fire pits and BBQ grills to residents and guests. I Supply beach chairs and towels.
