It's in an awesome location, 2 blocks from S Broadway and walking distance to awesome shops, restaurants, bars and music.
Here's more: Front porch and shared back yard/patio area, washer/dryer in unit. There's shared, off-street parking in the back (first come, first served).
A few downsides to consider: it's small -- 765 sq feet of living space, plus 225 sq feet of storage in the basement. The second bedroom is small and would be tight if two people wanted to rent and use both as bedrooms. It would work great as an office. There's no central air, but it comes with 2 window units and ceiling fans in each room
I'm looking for responsible, clean and mature tenants who will treat this like their home!
