OUR HOME: A beautiful one-story 4BD/2BA in North Park Hill. Very open floor plan with no bedrooms w/attaching walls and a lush and beautiful backyard. You would be sharing a tidy bathroom w bath tub and have a sunshiny bedroom for yourself. W/D in unit, composting, lots of natural light, and plants.
IDEAL FIT: A good spirited human, 30+, cleanish/tidy, non-smoker, someone who values community and also alone time and appreciates a chill, quiet vibe a lot of the time. We enjoy each other and hang a bit and also have our own personal/professional lives
Related: We're comfortable with some marijuana use if it's a "sometimes" thing outside, not a lifestyle though, and are seeking a thoughtful, open communicator- if things come up we-just-talk-about- them kind of energy. Our home is to be lived in, we have a movie projector, have built backyard vegetable gardens, and you'd get a spot in the driveway to park your car. The garage additionally has some storage.
About Us: BeX is a licensed mental health counselor who has been practicing in the Denver area for over 13 years and Steven works as an EMT. We come with an adorable 13 year old pup named "Rumi" who only barks at the mailman and a snuggly (lol) cat named "Snuggz" who likes both his indoor and outdoor time. Unfortunately, we can't have any other cats/dogs join the home.
