*Available June - July 1 *The house has very flexible lease terms until July 1. *Beautifully and fully furnished. *Landlord responsible for all utilities, internet, landscaping, lawn care and maintenance. *Dogs may be conditionally considered on a case-by-case basis. No cats, sorry! Monthly pet rent based on lease terms. *No Smoking. No parties. Must be 25 years or older to rent. *Cleaning Fee: Monthly propfessional cleaning is required and will cost $150. *Credit above 720 and income at minimum of 175% of annual rent to qualify. *Tenants are required to carry Renter's Insurance Policy with General Liability in the amount of $500,000 *Specific lease terms and conditions subject to owner approval prior to lease execution. *Credit/background checks required. Under Colorado law, prospective tenants have the right to provide landlords with a Portable Tenant Screening Report, as defined in 38-12-902 (2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes.
