-Lease terms available from 1-3 months with option for renewal after each period. -Smoking Policy: This is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the premises, including indoor living areas and garages. -No Pets Allowed: This property maintains a strict no-pet policy. No animals (including mammals, reptiles, birds, or fish) are permitted at any time, whether belonging to the tenant or a guest. -Trash collection days are on Monday and Thursday's by 7 AM. Recycle collection is Wednesday by 7AM. Trash bins are provided for use and must be placed at the curb on the allocated day for city removal. -Violations: Unauthorized pets on the property will be considered a breach of the lease agreement and will result in immediate fines or lease termination. - No events, parties, or large gatherings without prior approval. - Exterior security cameras on property. -While not a requirement, residents are strongly encouraged to maintain a renter's insurance policy to protect their own personal belongings. Host insurance may not cover tenant property.
