Loft for sleeping or storage; newly-painted main room for living space and/or sleeping; wood stove; concrete floor; full kitchen (with new linoleum) and bathroom. Must be OK with composting kitchen waste. Vegetarian preferred. Chicken coop with roosters nearby. Provided: internet, natural gas for stove + water heater, water, garbage, recycling, yard work, washing machine (dryer shared), clothesline (preferred method for drying clothes). Not provided: cost of electricity. 3 raised beds available for annual veggies or flowers. Large yard, back patio, grape arbor, private entrance. Must be OK with caring for chickens and landscaping when owner is away, from time to time - owner will likewise care for your pets and/or garden when tenant is away.
