Welcome to our 6 Bedroom private Pool Villa located in Solterra Water Park Resort. You will enjoy great family moments in this Bright Elegant Decorated home! Our home is located in one of the greatest home vacation rental resort: Solterra Resort. Away from the big crowds you enjoy peaceful family time, but close enough to be in 17-19 minutes at the front door of Disney Parks! Also within 5-7 minutes you have access to restaurants, supermarket, golf courses and more... POOL/SPA - The Home has a welcoming Pool so you can swing or simply relax outside all day long! Heating has an additional cost of $50 USD per Day (service only for the whole stay). Please note, the heating temperature is set to a maximum of 85F. ATTENTION: This house doesn't have a hot tub, the water flows into the pool so the temperature from the jets or jacuzzi area is going to be the same. The jets are just air injected by a blower, so the pool will be warm but not hot. Important message: We clean the pool weekly and check the BBQ propane regularly with or without guests in our home. If you want to be notified of the date we will go to do the inspection, please let us know so we can avoid an inconvenience for both parties. POOL TOWELS - We provide pool towels so there is no need to bring towels from your home. We really appreciate taking care of them and leaving all of them in the home. BBQ Grill - Patio with alfresco dining and BBQ grill (let us know in advance if you plan to use the grill; we must apply a $75 fee to cover the cost of setup and cleaning) PARKING - Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. The reserved parking space number for this property is the same as the street address. If you have more than two vehicles in your party, there is also guest parking right around the corner! SHIPPING POLICY - All deliveries can be done via private carriers such as Federal Express and UPS (be aware USPS doesn't deliver in Solterra Resort). Guests must use the property address for door delivery. The resort does not receive, store, or hold packages on behalf of guests. VALET TRASH PICK-UP - Door-step collection begins after 11 AM - 7 days a week. Please bag and tie all waste loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected. Do not include needles or other sharp objects. Please breakdown all cardboard boxes. PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
