The home is located in a quiet Dana Point community with convenient access to beaches, Dana Point Harbor, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, walking trails, and nearby employment centers. It also offers easy access to Pacific Coast Highway and the 5 freeway.
I am looking for one considerate, clean, and responsible tenant who will treat the property as their own. This is not a short-term vacation rental or party house. A professional, traveling employee, consultant, or someone looking for a peaceful, clean, and quite home would be a great fit.
