This home features a garden and is located in a suburban area. Although our pest control team services the property regularly, occasional encounters with outdoor insects or wildlife may occur, which is normal in residential neighborhoods in Texas. NO WEAPONS POLICY Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property, including firearms, ammunition, air guns, tasers, and explosives. Bringing, storing, or using any weapon on the property will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund and may be reported to us and the specific platform you're booking through and local authorities.
